1. Registration & membership

• Registration is confirmed only after the required registration documents are complete and the applicable fees are paid.
• Membership is personal to the registered player and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Training schedule

• The standard programme consists of two training sessions per week, with an average of eight sessions per month.
• Training days, times and locations may be adjusted by the academy when necessary, with notice where practical.

3. Player absence & missed sessions

If a player misses a scheduled session for any reason, including travel, school commitments, personal circumstances or illness, that session is considered used. It will not be replaced, transferred, credited or refunded unless the academy approves otherwise in writing.

4. Academy cancellation

If the academy cancels a scheduled session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, it may arrange a reasonable replacement session or another appropriate solution.

5. Monthly payment

• Monthly training fees are payable in advance.
• The relevant monthly fee must be paid in full before the player takes part in that month's training sessions.

6. Late or unpaid fees

The academy may temporarily suspend a player's participation while payment remains outstanding. Training may resume once the outstanding amount has been settled.

7. Fees & refund policy

• Once a month's training has started, fees are generally non-refundable for player-initiated absence or withdrawal.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable Qatari law, where those rights apply to the academy's service.

8. Medical information

The parent or legal guardian must disclose any medical condition, allergy, injury, medication or health issue that could affect the player's participation. Any change must be communicated to the academy immediately.

9. Sports risks & safety

The parent or guardian understands that football and physical training involve normal sporting risks, including accidental injuries. The academy will take reasonable safety precautions and will not exclude liability to the extent the law does not allow it to do so.

10. Emergency medical assistance

• In an emergency, the academy may provide basic first aid and contact the parent or guardian.
• When reasonably necessary, emergency medical services may be contacted. Any known medical restrictions must be disclosed in advance.

11. Player conduct

Players must respect coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, facilities and academy rules. Serious or repeated misconduct, violence, bullying, abusive language or unsafe behaviour may result in a temporary suspension or the end of membership.

12. Drop-off & collection

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the player arrives safely and is collected on time before and after training, unless another arrangement has been agreed with the academy in writing.

13. Personal belongings

Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Parents are encouraged not to send players to training with unnecessary valuables.

14. Photos & videos

During registration, the parent or legal guardian must choose whether the academy may use photographs or video of the player for academy communications, the website and social media. A choice of “I do not consent” will be respected.

15. Personal data

Player and parent information is used for registration, communication, safety, payment administration and academy operations, subject to applicable privacy requirements. Please keep your WhatsApp number and email address accurate.

16. Changes to the training programme

Coaches, groups, training venues and schedules may be changed when reasonably required for operational, safety, weather or other academy reasons. Parents will be informed of material changes where practical.

17. Acceptance of terms

By submitting the registration or trial form, you confirm that you are the player's parent or legal guardian, that you have read and understood these terms, and that the information supplied to the academy is accurate.
